grilled zukes

The Grille: Zucchini from the Farmer’s Market to inspire our little seedlings to grow. Before grilling them we soaked them for thirty minutes in a bowl of water to get the grit out of the skin. We’ve never done this before but supposedly it’s the thing to do (Marcella Hazan says so). The skin feels like the zucchini just got out of a spa. SMOOOOOTH.
