Hope: Our cauliflower sprouts are nestled in the ground, and when they grow up we hope they become soup, or gratin, or something! Courtesy of Chocolate & Zucchini this is cauliflower turmeric soup. We added toasted almonds instead of hazelnuts, and ground ginger, cumin, and chili powder instead of curry, because we just didn’t have any. The sprinkle of greens in the photo are wandering leaves of kale. Heed the warnings about everything turning yellow when you use this much turmeric though: lips, bowls, spoons, sinks, etc.
