mustard greens stir-fry

The 30 second meal: Organic mustard greens from the Farmer’s Market. Stir-fry with garlic and a few dashes of sea salt (see the granules!). Add a Tablespoon of XiaoXing Wine (sometimes spelled “ShaoHsing”) just before they are done, stir a little and eat.
