<br />The 30 second meal: Organic mustard greens from the <a href="http://www.farmernet.com/events/one-cfm?venue_id=587">Farmer&#8217;s Market</a>. Stir-fry with garlic and a few dashes of sea salt (see the granules!). Add a Tablespoon of XiaoXing Wine (sometimes spelled &#8220;ShaoHsing&#8221;) just before they are done, stir a little and eat.</p>
